1Co 12:1 (NKJV)
Now concerning spiritual [gifts], brethren, I do not want you to be ignorant:

Notice, how the gifts are italicized.  This means "gifts: is not originally in the text but was added by the translators are an attempt the bring clarity to the text.

Now concerning spiritual...

spiritual - things relating to the Spirit.  This includes gifts, but more.
ignorant - uninformed

1 Co 12:4-6 (NKJV)
There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5 There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. 6 And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all.

gifts, ministries, and activiites

activities - operations, the results of the work of the Spirit and His power

1Co 12:7 (NKJV)
But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit [of all]:

manifestation - display, expression

profit of all - we all get better together

Notice, the manifestation of the Spirit is given for us to profit and increase.

1Co 12:8-11 (NKJV)
for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, 9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, 10 to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another [different] kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. 11 But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills.

The Spirit Of Seeing & Knowing

John 5:19 (NKJV)
Then Jesus answered and said to them, "Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner.

Act 2:14-18 (NKJV])
But Peter, standing up with the eleven, raised his voice and said to them, "Men of Judea and all who dwell in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and heed my words. 15 "For these are not drunk, as you suppose, since it is [only] the third hour of the day. 16 "But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: 17 'And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams. 18 And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; And they shall prophesy.

Visions and dreams is the language of the Spirit.

There are three types of visions described in the Word - inner visions, trances, and open visions.

Visions, dreams, and prophecy should not be foreign or strange to us.  They are marks of the outpouring of the Spirit.

When you pray, you may see things in your spirit.  See, inquire, act.

The Spirit will never have you do anything that is outside of the Word of God.  He moves in alignment with the Word of God for He wrote it.

Jas 4:8 (NKJV) 8a
Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.

Draw near - approach, it described the ministry of the priests

Pro 3:5-10 (NKJV)
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; 6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. 7 Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the LORD and depart from evil. 8 It will be health to your flesh, And strength to your bones. 9 Honor the LORD with your possessions, And with the firstfruits of all your increase; 10 So your barns will be filled with plenty, And your vats will overflow with new wine.

Gal 5:16, 22-25 (NKJV)
I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. ... 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. 24 And those [who are] Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

Gal 6:6-10 (NKJV)
Let him who is taught the word share in all good things with him who teaches. 7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. 8 For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. 9 And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. 10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.

Jos 1:8 (NKJV)
"This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.

meditation - study, think, ponder, imagine, say

Meditate on the Word.  Meditate on what the Spirit shares with you.

Where has it seemed like you have fallen short in what God has promised you?  What are you meditating on where that is concerned?
